Returns Policy

We want you to love your leather wallet! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Returns
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
Personalised items (e.g. wallets with custom engravings) are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Return Process
Contact us at as@a-slim.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
Include your order number and reason for return within the return package.
We'll provide instructions for returning your item.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 working days.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we’re not responsible for lost returns.
