We are happy to ship A-Slim products all over this marvelous world. Your final shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page.
All orders that are to be delivered within the United Kingdom are dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail, UKMail, DPD or Interlink Express depending upon your delivery choice. All deliveries will require a signature, we will try to accommodate any special requests that you have.
As a general rule, please expect items within the United Kingdom to be delivered within 2 working days from the date of dispatch. (The very next day in most cases!)

Our return policy is completely transparent and extremely simple.
All of our products carry a 4 year warranty, if anything isn't as you deem fit please get in contact with us and we will arrange a solution for you as soon and as smoothly as humanly possible.

Time: You have 14 days from the date on which you received your order to send your item back to us.
Condition: Please make sure your returned goods are new, unused and in the packaging provided with the product at the point of sale.
Refund procedure: Once your goods are returned to our premises we will quality check them and proceed with your refund. Depending upon the payment type used please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be completely processed.
Exceptions: We will not be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and recommend you use the appropriate fully trackable and insured shipping service. If we do receive a damaged parcel we will notify you with images so you can take the appropriate action with your shipping company.
